This was when I turned on the radio when I came home from my second Suicide attempt in 2001, the apartment was a mess, bloodstains, alchohol on the flooor, so this song remind me of that

I look back at girlbands like Spice Girls etc, and I smile and say how cheesy, but like them for nostalgic reasons. I haven’t heard All Saints in years, and I’m actually genuinely enjoying them. They sound very alternative/electronic-ish? It’s weird how they were one of the smash hits bands!

Shaznay Lewis-a songwriter of untold genius. Melanie Blatt-pure vocals to die for. Oh, and a couple of very ordinary backing singers called Appleton.-

It is very sad to see that nowadays there isn’t any song resembles this one, something which is pop, yet very relaxing and sentimental =(

I love this song. When i recently watched this video i noticed that i was suddenly very attracted to Natalie Appleton. I’ve never really noticed her before when i was younger but now i love looking at her. She’s very hot and beautiful :)

A great song underpinned by William orbits unmistakable sound, definitely the sound of 2000 along with Moby’s play album.
